After eleven thoroughly enjoyable years as an adjunct professor at in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Georgetown University Medical Center, I retired from this position in 2020. I still give two invited lectures every year to the Medical Center.

I co-organized the 2021 Vermont High School Writing Contest, co-sponsored by the League of Vermont Writers and Northern Vermont University. More than 120 entries were received by the November 15 deadline and a panel of judges recently selected the winners. More info
